Job summary

Schroders Singapore is seeking a Sales Support professional to back the Client Group – Intermediary Sales in Singapore. You will help with administrative needs, prepare sales materials, and support CRM-driven opportunities while coordinating with Sales Managers to achieve business targets.

The role emphasizes client-centric service, collaboration across teams, and proactive engagement in new business opportunities; the candidate should have 1–2 years in asset management and strong communication

Qualifications

• Degree and 1–2 years experience in asset management preferred.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for client queries, change requests and escalations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue-generating activities by working closely with Sales Managers and teams, ensuring admin needs are met and contributing to business targets.
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials by coordinating inputs and delivering to deadlines.
• Participate in sales meetings and pitches, supporting preparation, distribution of materials and follow-up of actions.
• Help identify and progress new business opportunities by monitoring leads and tracking pipeline in the CRM system.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals and client communications for acquisition of new clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Provide support for RFP/RFI processes, coordinating information and responses.
• Coordinate internal fee approval processes by managing documentation and waiver requests.
• Respond to acquisition-related client queries promptly and professionally.
• Organise and support client meetings, preparing materials and documenting outcomes.
• Maintain CRM records and sales data integrity for reporting and decision making.
