Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Relationship Management Assistant in Singapore to support Relationship Managers in day-to-day servicing for private wealth clients, focusing on portfolio administration, client communications, and trade execution support, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with operations and compliance, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain client accounts, onboarding, and documentation while upholding Schroders' values of excellence,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing or operations within private wealth or asset management.
• Regulatory licences and local credentials (e.g., CMFAS) are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio administration with attention to risk.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers to manage clients’ portfolios in line with investment wishes and regulatory requirements.
• Act as main contact for clients; respond to enquiries and maintain records of actions taken.
• Handle client administration including cash transfers, onboarding and documentation.
