Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience supervising, guiding or coaching a sales team.
• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and social media advertising is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Location: Bukit Batok
• Salary: $3,000 basic + monthly commission + annual commission + bonus (minimum 1 month)
• Working Days: 5 days per week (contractually 6 days; Saturday attendance required for appointments)
• Industry: Renovation / Interior Fit-out

Our client is an established renovation and interior fit-out contractor providing services such as demolition, painting, electrical works and site protection. The company has its own in-house workers to carry out renovation works and also works with subcontractors when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
