Job summary

Form & Space Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Interior Designer to convert enquiries into projects and manage clients from first consultation to handover.

You will follow up on enquiries and showroom visits, present renovation services, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close sales, and work toward monthly targets while coordinating with design and site teams for a smooth handover and lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in renovation, interior design, carpentry, cabinetry or furniture.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic design sense and ability to read floor plans; SketchUp is a bonus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage your own pipeline.
• Knowledge of HDB, condominium and landed renovation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Form & Space Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore interior design and build firm handling residential and commercial projects, from first concept to final handover. We also offer Brun SG and Modular+ modular cabinet solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Interior Designer to turn enquiries into projects and look after clients from the first consultation to handover.

What you'll be doing

• Follow up on enquiries and showroom visits, and run client consultations
• Understand clients' needs, lifestyle and budget, and recommend suitable design and renovation solutions
• Present Form & Space's renovation services and Brun SG / Modular+ modular cabinet packages
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close sales
• Work towards monthly sales targets and keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups
• Prepare space plans, mood boards and basic 3D layouts (SketchUp or similar)
• Work with the design and site teams for a smooth handover after sign-up
• Keep clients updated throughout the renovation and build long-term relationships for referrals

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of sales experience in renovation, interior design, carpentry, cabinetry or furniture
• Candidates with a strong sales background from other industries are welcome to apply
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Basic design sense and the ability to read floor plans; SketchUp is a bonus
