Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience supervising, guiding or coaching a sales team.
• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and social media advertising is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies and maintain updated service price lists.
• Recruit, train and coach new sales team members to improve sales performance and productivity.
• Monitor sales results and provide guidance to the team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, property owners and business partners.
• Identify market trends and explore new business opportunities within the renovation and interior fit-out industry.
