• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and potential partners.
• Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Promote restaurant services, catering packages, private dining, and special event offerings.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations, marketing, and kitchen teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth event execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and customized packages to meet clients' needs and business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor competitors and market developments to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate sales team members to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives.
