Job summary

MSW Fruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fruit shop operations in Singapore. You will lead a small team, drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure product freshness and proper display of fruits.

The role requires 5+ years in retail or F&B management with strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle operations with minimal supervision is essential. Weekend and public holiday work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or F&B management.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle store operations with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (POS, Excel, or inventory system).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the fruit shop, including sales, cashiering, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate a small team of retail assistants to achieve sale targets and maintain store standards.
• Ensure product freshness, quality, and proper display of fruits.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimise wastage.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational issues.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in planning promotions or product displays.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the store
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
