Job summary

MSW Fruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fruit shop operations in Singapore. You will lead a small team, drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure product freshness and proper display of fruits.

The role requires 5+ years in retail or F&B management with strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle operations with minimal supervision is essential. Weekend and public holiday work are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or F&B management.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to work independently and handle store operations with minimal supervision.
Proficient in basic computer skills (POS, Excel, or inventory system).

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the fruit shop, including sales, cashiering, inventory, and customer service.
Lead and motivate a small team of retail assistants to achieve sale targets and maintain store standards.
Ensure product freshness, quality, and proper display of fruits.
Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimise wastage.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational issues.
Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in planning promotions or product displays.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the store
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
