FLOORRICH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive business development professional in Singapore to identify and secure appointments with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Main Contractors.

You will present our building material solutions and provide detailed technical specifications for tenders to influence project specifications. The role offers a high commission structure with the potential to exceed SGD 10,000 monthly when targets are met, reflecting strong performance and

Competenze

• Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of floor coverings or interior finishes is an added advantage.

Mansioni

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical specifications and recommendations for project tenders.
• Track project opportunities from design to execution, ensuring product inclusion in final specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the operation and technical teams to support project follow-ups.

Requirements

• Experience in building materials or related industries.
• Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of floor coverings or interior finishes is an added advantage.

High payout commission for confirmed project, monthly income (basic, transport, handphone and commission) can exceed $10,000.
