Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Customer Service Officer (Sales/ Telemarketer) in Singapore. You will track maintenance contracts, schedule service visits, and handle sales inquiries with customers to support renewals and new orders.

Requirements: minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma, 1–2 years in customer support (telemarketing a plus), and proficiency with MS Office. Salary: basic 2300–3000 SGD + commission. 5 days, 9am–6pm, located near Mattar MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma.
• 1–2 years in customer support roles; telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Track and oversee maintenance contracts to ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers when due.
• Coordinate with technicians to perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with accounts to invoice maintenance jobs after completion.
• Email and follow up with customers to reorder consumables after expiry.
• Email and follow up to obtain new purchase orders or quotations for renewals.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to sales enquiries professionally.
• Prepare sales quotations and support ad hoc projects.
