Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance contract coordinator for on-site work in Singapore. You will manage existing contracts, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in customer support or related roles, with basic telemarketing experience considered an advantage and strong MS Office skills. The role is a full-time, office-based position in Aljunied area.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Levels or Diploma.
• 1-2 years experience in customer support roles; telemarketer experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Track and oversee all existing maintenance contracts to ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers when maintenance is due.
• Coordinate with technicians to perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with accounts to invoice maintenance jobs promptly after completion.
• Email and follow up with customers to reorder consumables such as pads and batteries after expiry.
• Email and follow up with customers to obtain new purchase orders or signed quotations for contract renewals before expiry.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to sales enquiries professionally.
• Handle incoming phone calls, sales enquiries and prepare sales quotation.
• Support and complete any ad hoc projects assigned.

Salary: Basic $2300-$3000 + Commission

Location:Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389836 (nearest MRT Mattar)
