Job description

Our client is a Sales & Service Organization situated in Singapore that oversees operations in the Southeast Asian region. The core business focuses on delivering quality products in the fields of Dental Equipment, Dental Instruments, and Dental Imaging Equipment & Technology. The company is part of a larger parent company based in Japan.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and represent the company at industry events
  • Conduct market research across Southeast Asian countries to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and analyze competitor products
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals that are mutually beneficial for the client and the company
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales and service activities, including all client information
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Coordinate with the Administrative Team on all logistics from purchase to selling
  • Coordinate with the Service Team on after‑sales service requirements
  • Coordinate with clients regarding product complaints and feedback
  • Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands
Job Requirements
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field with relevant experience
  • Proven experience in sales and service management and proficiency in software and sales tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and goal‑oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of Japanese is not compulsory but will be advantageous for communicating with internal and external Japanese‑speaking stakeholders
