Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive revenue in Singapore. You will manage customers, coordinate with local and overseas offices, and contribute to pricing, quotations, and strategic sales initiatives.

Applicants should hold a tertiary degree or higher, have relevant logistics experience, and possess Japanese language skills. Tank operations or chemical industry knowledge is a plus. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree required
• Experience in Logistics/Transportation/Freight Forwarding
• Fluency in Japanese for client communication
• Experience in Tank operations or leasing is a plus (chemicals)

Responsibilities

• Direct sales activities to meet company goals and KPIs

Job Description

• Direct Sales activities to meet company goals, sales standards and KPI
• Manage customers assigned and secure new customer through potential list
• Monitor progress, results and establish contingency plans
• Resolve customer issues pertaining to operations, customer service, receivables or any other sales-related issues
• Sales engagement with both local and oversea offices and customers
• Pricing study + Quotations
• Provide competitive analysis and assist in the formulation of strategies for sales team
• Generate & develop SOP jointly with and other departments
• Annual Budget preparations and attainment

Requirements

• Tertiary or Degree holder
• Relevant work experience in the Logistics, Transportation or Freight Forwarding or in related field
• Japanese speaking skills required to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and colleagues
• Experience in Tank operations or leasing will be preferable with knowledge of the Chemical industry
