Job summary

Carlsberg Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Representative (Off Trade) to drive sales targets, nurture customer relationships, and coordinate merchandising efforts in the FMCG sector.

You will manage monthly targets, build long-term accounts, execute in-store merchandising to Perfect Store standards, and track pricing and promotions across brands and SKUs. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for client relationships.
• Ability to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification accepted in FMCG roles.

About the role

Account Representative (Off Trade) managing sales targets, customer relationships, and merchandising activities in the FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and achieve monthly Sales target and Operations excellence
• Maintain long-term relationship with assigned Account to maximise sales opportunities
• Manage, execute and measure in-store merchandising activities in-line with Perfect Store Merchandising standards
• Implement pricing standards and track execution for all brands and SKUs
• Plan, execute and track price and promotional activities via through-put, withdrawal and scan data
• Manage direct and warehouse orders
• Analyse and forecast sales regularly to manage store inventory, selling rates and product expiration
• Participate in market analysis and evaluate competitor's practices

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' /'A' Level/Diploma
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess own vehicle
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
