Job summary

Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd invites a Field Sales Representative to visit retail outlets, build relationships, and ensure our products shine on the shelves. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and wants to grow in the FMCG industry.

You will achieve sales objectives in your territory, manage in-store promotions, and provide quality after-sales service while reporting to the Sales Operations Manager. O level or Diploma plus 2-3 years FMCG sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least O level / Diploma certificate in any field.
• Preferably with 2 - 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred but not essential.
• A team player with high adaptability level and self-motivated.
• Service and people-oriented individual.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are distributed and available for sales in-store.
• Execute in-store promotion, merchandising and display activities per plan.
• Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales service.
• Provide feedback to Sales Operational Manager on sales issues.
• Ensure payment in time.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Assist and perform any other ad-hoc duties when being required as assigned by immediate Superior.
