Job summary

YANG GUANG RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Sales & Quality Control Intern to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales and field operations across Singapore.

You will join field-based activities, assist with site visits, QC inspections and daily project operations, while developing practical skills in customer handling and sales techniques. Training will be provided and there is potential for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Students / Fresh Graduates seeking practical work experience.
• Singapore Citizen / PR preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Interested in Sales, Business Development, Renovation or Project Operations.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Assist in following up with company-provided sales leads, join customer site visits and consultations, learn customer requirements, assist with quotation follow-ups, learn practical sales and closing techniques, identify potential additional work, maintain professional communication with customers.
• Quality Control & Project Sites: Visit ongoing and completed renovation projects, assist with workmanship and quality inspections, note defects, coordinate QC findings, assist with customer feedback and post-project follow-up, learn project management from start to finish.
• Field & Operational Support: Travel to different project/customer locations across Singapore, assist with basic site and worker coordination, maintain project/QC records, support daily field operations.

YANG GUANG RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is looking for an energetic, responsible and customer-focused Sales & Quality Control Intern to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, field-based internship where you will gain practical experience in customer handling, sales, renovation project inspections and day-to-day field operations.

What You Will Learn & Do

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist in following up with company-provided sales leads
• Join customer site visits and consultations
• Learn how to understand customer requirements
• Assist with quotation follow-ups
• Learn practical sales and closing techniques
• Identify potential additional work from existing customers
• Maintain professional communication with customers

Quality Control & Project Sites

• Visit ongoing and completed renovation projects
• Assist with workmanship and quality inspections
• Take note of defects or incomplete work
• Coordinate QC findings with the team
• Assist with customer feedback and post-project follow-up
• Learn how renovation projects are managed from start to completion

Field & Operational Support

• Travel to different project/customer locations across Singapore
• Assist with basic site and worker coordination
• Maintain project/QC records and updates
• Support the team with daily field operations

Internship Allowance

SGD 800 – SGD 1,000 per month

Allowance will be determined based on experience, skills and internship arrangement.

Performance incentives may be available for outstanding results.

Internship Duration

3–6 Months

Outstanding interns may be considered for a Full-Time Sales & Quality Control Executive position based on performance and business requirements.
