• Manage renovation projects from design proposal to project completion.
• Conduct site visits during renovation to monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure renovation works are completed smoothly and on schedule.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the renovation process.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about interior design, renovation, and working with homeowners to transform their living spaces.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates, junior designers, and career switchers who want to build a long-term career in the interior design industry.

No prior experience is required as full training, mentorship, and verified renovation leads will be provided to help you succeed.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,600 – $5,500 per month
• Project Commission based on renovation sales performance
• Monthly performance incentives

With commission and incentives, motivated individuals can achieve $5,000 – $8,000+ total monthly income depending on project performance.
