Job summary

YANG GUANG RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Content & Marketing Executive to document renovation projects across Singapore. The role combines field shoots with on-site reporting and digital content creation for social media.

You will visit sites, shoot high-quality footage, edit videos, and support marketing campaigns. Strong communication in English and ability to travel are essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
• Able to travel across Singapore for project shoots.
• Experience with short-form video formats (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit ongoing and completed renovation projects to shoot photos and videos.
• Create compelling Before & After content for social media.
• Edit short-form videos and prepare content for various platforms.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and content planning with the team.
• Capture customer testimonials and conduct simple on-camera interviews.

Content & Marketing Executive

Renovation & Home Improvement Industry

YANG GUANG RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is looking for a creative, energetic and field-oriented Content & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.

This is not a fully office-based role. You will regularly visit our ongoing and completed renovation projects across Singapore to create engaging, authentic and high-quality content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Visit ongoing and completed renovation project sites
• Shoot high-quality photos and videos of our projects
• Create attractive Before & After content
• Produce short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms
• Capture renovation processes, workmanship and completed-project results
• Create project walkthrough and service-explanation videos
• Develop creative content ideas based on real renovation projects

Customer Testimonial & Interview

• Approach customers professionally for testimonials and reviews
• Conduct simple customer interviews on camera
• Capture genuine customer feedback and project experiences
• Create testimonial-style videos suitable for social media and advertising

Video Editing & Content Preparation

• Edit short-form videos, Reels and promotional content
• Add suitable text, subtitles, transitions and basic graphics
• Prepare content in the correct format for different social media platforms
• Organise and maintain the Company's photo and video content library

Marketing Support

• Work with Management and the marketing team on content planning
• Support social media campaigns with fresh project content
• Help create promotional content for different renovation services
• Monitor content performance and identify which types of content generate better customer engagement
• Research Singapore renovation and social-media content trends
• Suggest new content concepts and campaign ideas

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred
• Comfortable travelling to different project locations across Singapore
• Confident using a smartphone, camera or other content-creation equipment
• Basic to good video-editing skills
• Familiar with short-form video formats such as Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Creative and able to identify interesting content opportunities
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Able to conduct simple customer interviews
• Good communication skills in English
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Comfortable working around renovation/project environments
• Photography, videography, social media or marketing experience is an advantage
• Renovation/construction industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Schedule

Monday – Friday: Full Day
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Rest Day

The role will involve both field work and office-based content/editing work.

Performance will be evaluated based on overall content and marketing contribution, including:

• Quantity and quality of usable content
• Before & After content
• Customer testimonial videos
• Short-form videos / Reels
• Consistency of content production
• Creativity and content ideas
• Content turnaround time
• Project-site attendance
• Customer communication
• Content engagement and marketing contribution

Detailed monthly KPIs will be discussed during the interview and confirmed upon employment.

Probation

6-Month Probation Period

Performance will be reviewed during the probation period based on content quality, productivity, creativity, reliability, communication and overall contribution.
