Job summary

Club Paragon Entertainment is seeking a Sales Promoter in Singapore to engage customers, answer enquiries, and assist with reservations and bookings. You will support sales activities and help achieve sales and revenue targets while delivering a friendly, high-service experience.

You will coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest journey and promote campaigns, events, and promotions to boost customer traffic and retention.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, reservations, bookings, and other service-related requests.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage customer retention and repeat visits.
• Support sales activities and work towards achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities to increase customer traffic.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customers receive a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s service standards at all times.
• Perform other sales, promotional, and customer-service duties as assigned by management.
