Job summary

Earth Arts Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and organized Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales Team in managing enquiries, quotations, material orders, and project coordination. The role combines office and site coordination to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders, collaborating with customers, suppliers, site teams and internal departments.

Experience with stone, marble, granite, tiles, or finishing works is advantageous, and you will handle documentation, pricing, and delivery

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Construction preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in stone, marble, granite, tiles or finishing works is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and material measurement preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and coordinate well; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team in handling customer enquiries, quotations, orders and project requirements.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, calculate material quantities and prepare quotations, cut lists and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to obtain material prices, product information and quotations, and coordinate material orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and project teams to ensure materials, drawings, instructions and project requirements are properly communicated and followed up.
• Attend site meetings with Sales Personnel when required and assist in resolving delivery, material, coordination and project-related issues.
