Job summary

VISION DISPLAY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales & Project Coordinator to develop monthly to annual sales plans and strategies to win new business.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals, understand costing, and oversee production and installation processes. The role requires 2–3 years in corporate sales or project management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of corporate sales experience or project management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business.
• Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings.

• To understand the material costing for printing, carpentery and signages.
• To understand the operation of printers, summa cutter, CCD CNC & Oscillating machine and CCD Laser cutter.
• To understand the labour cost for production.
• To attend briefing/meeting and site measurements for production for the projects undertaking.
• To ensure the production of the projects undertaking.
• To ensure the installation and delivery of the projects undertaking.
