Job summary

Concentrix in Singapore is seeking a Sales Program Manager (English Speaker) to drive process excellence, operational efficiency, and sales productivity across the revenue funnel. You will partner with APJ Sales Leadership and regional SDR/AE teams, collaborating with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Enablement, and Sales Training to streamline workflows and scale processes for peak performance.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong experience enabling SDR and/or AE sales teams.
• Able to translate problems into processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Competent in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Sales Manager and team.
• Operationalize strategy, manage execution, and improve team performance.
• Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, pipeline reviews, team meetings).
• Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows, tools, and processes.
• Act as the bridge between sales and internal teams to remove blockers and enhance alignment.
• Map, audit, and improve end-to-end sales processes (lead flow, qualification, handoff, pipeline progression).
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process redesigns.
• Lead change-management to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Standardize APJ-wide sales motions and ensure consistent execution.
• Design and launch regional programs to boost pipeline generation, lead conversion, and account penetration.
• Own outreach cadences, qualification frameworks, playbooks, and sales motions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns and track performance.
• Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and seller productivity.
• Work with BI analysts to design dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Support forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning for SDR/AE teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead routing and campaigns; Partner with RevOps on CRM improvements and data hygiene.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Solutions; Align with Sales Enablement and Training.
