Unico Distribution Services Pte is seeking a Contract Sales Admin / Data Entry Clerk to support the sales team with accurate and timely order processing and pricing updates. The role involves entering orders in BC365, maintaining price lists and promotions, and coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have basic Excel and data entry skills, be accurate, organized, and able to meet deadlines, with good communication and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Excel basics and accurate data entry.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in sales administration or ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and update sales orders in BC365 and verify pricing.
• Maintain customer price lists and promotions.
• Check order details, quantities, and pricing for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance on amendments and discrepancies.
• Maintain sales documents and provide leave coverage.
