Job summary

UNICO Distribution Services PTE LTD is seeking a Contract Sales Admin and Data Entry Clerk to support the sales team with accurate order processing in BC365 and pricing updates. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely and accurate order amendments and reporting.

The role requires basic Excel, data entry skills, good communication and teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines. ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales orders in BC365.
• Maintain approved customer price lists and promotions.
• Check order details, quantities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance on order amendments and discrepancies.
• Maintain sales documents and provide leave coverage.
• Assist with data preparation for the WMS project if required.
• Administration works etc filing of documents, uploading documents to customer platform.
