Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to prepare quotations, process orders, and support the Sales team from its Joo Koon location. The role involves liaising with customers, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP/CRM system.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, with training provided. Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience; experience in steel, metals, fabrication or

Qualifications

• Diploma required with 1 year in sales coordination, sales support or customer service.
• Experience in steel, metals, fabrication, construction materials, or industrial trading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Liaise with customers on enquiries, quotations, order requirements, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on pending matters to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and sales records in the ERP/CRM system, and assist with sales reports.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
