Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a sales coordination role with a well established company located at Pioneer Crescent. You will respond to inquiries, prepare brochures, quotations, and coordinate orders.

Training is provided; basic salary ranges SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,300 plus variable bonus. 5.5 day workweek; alternate Saturdays; hours 8:30am-5:30pm or 8:30am-12:30pm. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level with 1 year in sales coordination, sales support, customer service.
• Experience in AutoCount software is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those without/with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and efficiently to incoming sales enquiries via telephone, fax, and email, and prepare relevant product brochures and information for customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales support matters, including quotations, orders, and payments.
• Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate and monitor orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments and Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries, and provide customers with shipment and delivery details.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate after-sales support when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
