Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in business, finance, insurance or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Mandarin) advantageous.
• Experience delivering product training or presentations to distribution partners.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets in health or life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified customer referrals and deliver sales of the Bupa Global SCB IPMI to Priority Private and HNW clients.
• Provide needs-based product advice and manage end-to-end sales and application journey.
• Deliver regular product and sales training to Standard Chartered Relationship Managers and Insurance Specialists.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and regulatory compliance through data privacy processes.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Operations and Compliance to progress cases and resolve issues.
