• Diploma in Engineering with Business Administration.
• Experience in a sales support, procurement or logistics role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, procurement, processing Sales Orders / Service Order Requests and Sales invoicing.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and tender submissions.
• Translate sales data analysis to actionable sales plan.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Pre-Sales, Finance and operations) to ensure timely delivery of products and services including onboarding of new suppliers and subcontractors, procurement of stock, materials and services, shipment coordination, generation of accurate purchase orders, and renewal of licenses and permits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer data, and pipeline reports in CRM / ERP systems.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Support onboarding of new clients and handle post-sales service requests when required.
• Assist in organising sales meetings, events, and client engagement activities.
• Track all sales opportunities and work with Sales manager to ensure timely generation of contracts and renewals.
• Check quotations, contracts and invoices for accuracy before sending to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Be a strong customer advocate; ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
