Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on commercial hiring in Singapore. You will partner with business leaders to attract top sales talent and help scale go-to-market teams within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities include developing sales recruitment strategies, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing to offers, strengthening employer branding, and using data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases.
• Preferred: experience recruiting for sales roles in fintech or fast-growing tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies with a focus on sales and commercial roles.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast sales hiring needs and craft accurate, compelling job descriptions.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions - from proactive sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing offers.
• Strengthen employer branding and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions.
• Negotiate offer terms and manage the end-to-end offer process, balancing company policy with market competitiveness.
• Build and nurture relationships with universities, job fairs, and industry associations to build a robust sales talent pipeline.
