Job summary

Panasonic Industrial Devices Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support assigned customers by preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating price quotations and order enquiries, and ensuring smooth internal cross-functional operations.

You will maintain and develop customer relationships, work with internal teams, and receive training if needed; diploma holders in Business or Supply Chain are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business or Supply Chain.
• Experience in sales operations or sales support preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales forecasts and sales reports for assigned customers.
• Provide operational support for price quotations, sample arrangements, and enquiry handling.
• Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth sales and operations processes.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships.

Job Summary

The role supports assigned customers by preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating price quotations and order/arrangement enquiries, and ensuring smooth internal cross-functional operations. You will also maintain and develop customer relationships.

Job Description

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales forecasts and sales reports for assigned customers.
• Provide operational support for price quotations, sample arrangements, and enquiry handling.
• Coordinate effectively between internal teams to ensure smooth sales and operations processes.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and support the development of new customers.

Key Requirements

• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage multi-tasking responsibilities.
• Relevant working experience in a sales operations / sales support role.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma and above in Business or Supply Chain.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Communication skills: Effective in presenting and reporting
• Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
• Language ability: English and Chinese for communicating with Chinese-speaking vendors and customers
• Learning mindset: Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
