Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Sales Admin in Woodlands Ave, Singapore.

The role covers quotation preparation, order review, coordination with production, logistics and other departments to expedite fulfilment, and handling customer inquiries. You will obtain Certificate Of Origin (COO) positions when required, generate shipping documents, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP usage is advantageous.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate quotations for equipment spare parts.
• Receive and scrutinize all customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness; generate internal job orders.
• Collaborate with production, project managers, logistics companies, and other departments to expedite order fulfilment; prepare shipping documents.
• Primary point of contact for customers; address inquiries and provide information on products, services, and order status.
