Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive operations support professional based in Singapore to assist the operation manager with daily sales and order processing. You will collaborate closely on project and budget enquiries and help ensure timely responses to urgent queries.

You will also maintain filing systems, compile pricing data from local and overseas vendors, and assist in identifying new supplier sources while supporting ad-hoc data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation manager with daily sales and order processing and support project/budget enquiries.
• Ensure urgent correspondence is handled efficiently and report to the operation manager when needed.
• Resolve minor non-technical issues and escalate major ones to the operation manager.
• Compile monthly pricing files from local and overseas vendors for submission to the operation.
• Manage day-to-day sales operations from enquiries to order execution.
• Maintain filing systems (hard and soft copies) for all enquiries through order completion.
• Prepare cost-sheet enquiries and recommend purchases for projects.
• Identify new supplier sources and add to the supplier database.
• Perform ad-hoc data entry.
