Job summary

CONVERGENT SYSTEMS (S) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support order processing and customer service in our Singapore office. You will ensure timely conversion of sales orders to invoices and track delivery status while assisting vendors and customers with queries.

The role also involves invoicing, credit notes, and document matching for retail customers, with occasional self-collection by clients. SAP exposure is a plus and relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Sales Coordinator or Customer Service in similar capacity.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely processing and confirmation of Sales Orders to Invoices.
• Timely tracking of orders and delivery fulfilment.
• Support the sales team with daily admin tasks such as filing, data entry and responding to queries from vendors and customers.
• Assist with invoicing, issuing credit notes and document matching for retail channel customers.
• Occasionally assist customers visiting the office for self-collection.
• Answer customer and vendor enquiries on orders or product availability.
• Undertake ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by supervisor or Manager.
