Job summary

Sapphire Windows Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team and handle customer enquiries related to products, quotations, orders and deliveries.

You will help ensure accurate sales documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination between customers, sales representatives and internal departments. The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or busy office environment is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English; professional telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with numbers, quotations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Attend to calls on the company’s main line and direct enquiries.
• Maintain accurate supplier, customer and sales records.
• Track customer correspondence and follow up with sales staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments on orders and delivery.
• Enter and update sales data and maintain filing systems.
• Prepare cost calculations and customer quotations per pricing guidelines.
• Prepare RA drawings and process sales documentation.
• Compile sales reports and monitor KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc sales administrative duties.
