Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to service existing and new customers in Singapore.

You will build strong relationships, handle outbound calls, and monitor order patterns to forecast inventory needs. You will process sales orders from multiple channels, coordinate with the Sales team and Warehouse for timely delivery, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

• Servicing of existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Monitor their regular order patterns and inventory needs.
• Proactively recommend re-orders or stock replenishment based on usage trends.
• Process and manage all sales orders retrieved from various channels accurately and promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records.
• Coordinate with customers, internal Sales team, and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints; escalate to relevant parties when necessary.
• Maintain and update daily sales data.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations and handling enquiries in alignment with the S&M Manager.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, printing of store orders, and preparation of visitation forms.
• Sales support- assisting phone-in orders, quoting prices based on agreed terms with the S&M Manager.
• Support the Sales team in the execution of promotional activities and price updates.
• Maintain records of competitor activities, advertisements, and industry insights as assigned.
• Handle incoming calls from the general line and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
• Ensure timely and courteous responses to all incoming queries.
• Ad hoc responsibilities such as support field sales operations when needed.

Education

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator
• Sales & Marketing knowledge is advantageous
