Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive coordinator to support sales-related activities across APAC, procurement and finance.

You will manage project progress, contract sign-off, order processing, billing and AR, and assist with monthly forecast planning and annual business planning.

This 1-year contract offers renewal options and includes responsibilities such as inventory management and resolving operational issues with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HODs, Delivery teams, APAC customers, Procurement and Finance teams on sales-related activities
• Manage project progress including project timelines, contract sign-off, order management, PO processing, billing and AR
• Support monthly forecast planning and annual business planning
• Manage contract administration and timely execution of annual maintenance renewal projects
• Prepare and support sales and finance-related reports and analysis
• Monitor payment terms, credit risks and escalations, and provide regular updates to the Group Leader
• Coordinate with internal branches and subsidiaries to resolve operational issues
• Facilitate clarification and resolution of sales / project-related issues
• Support yearly and monthly business planning
• Assist with business inventory management
