Job summary

G & W Ready-Mix Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based manufacturer and supplier of ready-mix concrete, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Assistant to join our team. You will manage customer requests, coordinate documentation, and maintain accurate sales and billing records to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounts to prepare reports, assist with credit notes, and support account management, ensuring timely communication

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and amendments to maintain professional communication and timely processing.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure prompt submission of documentation via email.
• Collaborate with Central Dispatch, batching plants, credit, quality control, and sales teams to coordinate urgent requests.
• Maintain and file sales documents, invoices, delivery orders, and customer records systematically for easy retrieval.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and statistics to support sales performance tracking.
• Assist in preparing credit and debit notes to ensure accurate billing adjustments.
• Consolidate monthly sales invoices for dispatch coordination.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department to resolve invoicing issues and follow up on missing documents.
• Support sales follow-up on customer endorsements, account opening documents, and credit applications.
• Generate Electronic Delivery Orders (E-DO) for new customers to enable efficient delivery processing.
• Draft correspondence, emails, and reports to support sales communication.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executive to enhance team productivity.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Sales or Management to support business operations.
