Job summary

GETO GLOBAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support sales and business development in the construction sector.

You will handle customer communication, quotations, contracts, order coordination, and payments, coordinating with transporters and project teams to ensure timely deliveries to sites. In this role you will engage with customers to identify opportunities, prepare sales documents, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Candidates with relevant construction industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new business opportunities aligned with local sales strategy.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, project teams, and relevant parties to arrange timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Assist in negotiating and finalising sales and rental contracts with customers, subject to management approval.
• Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, contracts, and sales opportunities.
