Job summary

ICON Outsourcing in Singapore is seeking a Perm role focused on Sales Operations and analytics to drive end-to-end processes, forecasting, and performance insights. You will collaborate with in-country leaders and the APAC BI team to extract and interpret business data, track issues, and implement data-driven improvements.

The role requires hands-on SQL, strong analytical skills, and experience with Google Sheets, Looker, and Google Cloud products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or executing Sales Operations processes and complex programs within an enterprise data/analytics environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with Google Sheets and Looker.
• Hands-on SQL experience, particularly for extracting business performance data from BHI tables.
• Experience with Google Cloud systems/products such as Vector, Workloads, and Looker will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support in-country leaders with end-to-end sales operations and process management.
• Perform FDE ER analysis, evaluation, and shortlisting.
• Track, report, and manage bugs, blockers, and operational issues.
• Support and manage AI workloads and related operational processes.
• Support Business Reviews, including Global Business Reviews, and forecasting cadence.
• Facilitate analytics, reporting, and business performance insights.
• Collaborate closely with the APAC BI team on reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret business performance data to support decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders.
