Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, IT products, POS systems or software sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to make cold calls and conduct customer visits.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell POS software, IT products and related technology solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp, email and other forms of customer outreach.
• Visit potential customers and understand their business and technology requirements.
• Arrange and conduct POS software/product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales records.
• Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and support the sales process.
• Assist with basic marketing activities, promotions and social media lead generation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
