• Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors, and pursue growth targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, OEMs, and marine service companies through regular meetings, industry exhibitions, and networking.
• Product Promotion & Technical Solutions: Promote marine products and services (including heat exchangers, charge air coolers, oil coolers, condensers, radiators, and repair/refurbishment services) by conducting technical and commercial discussions with clients.
• Commercial Operations & Coordination: Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals; coordinate with engineering and operations teams for project execution; monitor market trends; and manage CRM records and account collections.
