NEPTUNE HEAT EXCHANGERS PTE LTD is seeking a Marine Sales Manager to develop and manage sales opportunities for marine heat exchanger products and services across Singapore and regional markets.

The role involves building strong relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, shipyards, offshore operators, and marine engineering partners while identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored technical solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marine systems.
• Proven track record in B2B marine or industrial sales.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage opportunities across target markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.
• Build relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, OEMs, and marine service companies.
• Promote heat exchangers, charge air coolers, oil coolers, condensers, radiators, and refurb services.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals; conduct technical discussions with clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations to ensure timely projects and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the marine industry.
• Attend exhibitions and customer meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
