Job summary

The role focuses on premium Italian lighting products and developing lasting client relationships to drive repeat business. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in retail, interior design, or lifestyle products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with basic data tracking.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
