Job summary

target media culcreative pte. ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Director to drive new client acquisition, build relationships with clients and media agencies, and develop sales strategies. You will own targets and deliver results.

The role is base plus commission, requires 3–10 years in advertising/media, strong hunting and presentation skills, and CRM discipline. OOH/DOOH experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in related field.
• Diploma or degree in Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Strong sales hunting background with solid presentation skills.
• OOH/DOOH experience preferred but not required.
• Senior Sales role for proven track record.

• Able to provide sound and effective sales solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with direct Clients and Media Agencies
• Disciplined to maintain CRM and sales activities records
• Take ownership of Sales target and develop strategies to achieve target.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with 3-10 years of working experience in the related field.
• Candidate possess at least a diploma/degree, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Good sales track record. Has a network of clients/brands either Chinese brands and/or established brands
• Must have a strong sales hunting background, with solid presentation and communication skills.
• Achiever attitude
• Result-oriented, multi-task and self-motivated, strong work ethics and able to work under pressure independently and in a team.
• OOH/DOOH advertising experience preferred but not a must.
• Candidates with proven track records and clientele will be considered for Senior Sales role.

Remuneration commensurate with experience. This is a base + commission role.
