Donna Spa Pte Ltd is seeking a storefront leader to manage multiple beauty outlets in Singapore. You will drive sales, supervise frontline staff, and source new opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service across all locations.

The role requires weekend availability and a proactive, sales-driven mindset. Immediate availability is highly preferred and performance-based incentives accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Beauty/Spa Industry experience.
• Sales driven & highly motivated.
• Team player.
• A highly motivated person who is sales-driven & result orientated.
• Able to commit retail hours & weekends.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage retail outlets.
• Drive & exceed individual & store targets.
• Source of new opportunities.
• Lead and supervise frontline staff.
• Conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies.
• Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff.
• Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Assist in daily retail operations.
