Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and conduct professional consultations to understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable services, treatment packages and retail products with confidence.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, treatments and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate customer records and consultation notes.
• Work closely with Hair Stylists, Beauticians and Manicurists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep up to date with company products, services and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming working environment.
• Perform other sales and customer service duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record in achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Candidates from all industries with a proven sales track record are welcome to apply. Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail or service industry will be an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in recommending services, treatment packages and retail products.
