Job summary

You will be responsible for achieving monthly and yearly targets, coordinating with design teams, negotiating major projects, and developing strategic plans to expand revenue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading a sales team to meet monthly/yearly targets.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage complex negotiations.
• Strong client relationship management and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the Sales Team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Allocate and manage customer leads effectively among Sales team members.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, conversion rates and sales targets.
• Lead and manage the Designers / Sales Designers, ensuring effective coordination between sales and design.
• Monitor project progress from sales confirmation through design, production and completion.
• Ensure projects are properly followed up and delivered according to agreed timelines.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase company revenue.
• Personally lead negotiations and secure major / high-value projects for the company.
• Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, pricing approaches and business development plans.
