Job summary

PACIFIC HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive revenue in our nightlife and entertainment portfolio. You will develop business plans, set targets with the sales team, and oversee performance with a focus on relationship building and market development.

Mandarin-speaking customers form the core base, so proficiency is essential. The role requires flexibility to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays, to align with customer activity.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience working in nightlife and entertainment industry
• Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Conduct training and coaching for your sales team
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Promoting the organization and products
• Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products
• Relationship building with new and existing customers
• Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management
• Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets
• Knowledge of mandarin dialect is essential as our customer base is primarily mandarin speaking
• Able to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays
