PACIFIC HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive revenue in our nightlife and entertainment portfolio. You will develop business plans, set targets with the sales team, and oversee performance with a focus on relationship building and market development.

Mandarin-speaking customers form the core base, so proficiency is essential. The role requires flexibility to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays, to align with customer activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in nightlife and entertainment industry.
• Mandarin-speaking customers are the primary base.
• Willingness to work late nights (till 3am) including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans covering sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Set sales targets with the sales team and track goals.
• Oversee activities and performance of the sales team and provide coaching.
• Promote organisation and products to new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with customers and understand target audience.
• Provide strategic insight into designated market segments.
• Create and implement sales strategies and policies with management.
