Job summary

3Go Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Head of B2B Sales in Singapore to lead a regional sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape the go-to-market strategy for IT solutions.

You will coach, mentor, and performance-manage the team, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and ensure targets are met while building strong client relationships across key sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience in tech or IT solutions sales will be an advantage.
